you have to look at "kriya yoga info" google this web side from ennio nimis - there you are going to find all about kriya and kechari. without cutting anything , because it is not neccesary. first you do talabya kriya to stretch your frenulum and afterwards you are able to do kechari, but it is not a solution for your unhappiness....
